ABOUT OUR STEAK…
primarily we are a steak house and our search for the perfect british steak will never end. we source ours steaks from the home of british meat - smithfield market.
the beef is dry aged in house for up to 42 days then hand butchered on a daily basis and grilled over local charcoal to produce the most delicious steaks.
